Monday 8th August 2005

Been a bit busy today so here's a quick summary of a whole day's consumption:-

Breakfast just after 9am was a modest 2 Weetabix with fresh milk, a level spoon of sugar and mounds of Cinnamon and was great. Even better was the ham and egg mayonnaise and mixed salad open sandwich that was lunch today. And whilst out and about this afternoon I had a glass of beer in a roadside bar.

But right now I'm looking forward to some Danish Meatballs in Pepper Sauce, Roasted Red Peppers, mini Roast Potatoes and salad that will be supper. Yummy!

And it was, all washed down with another bottle of that great Spanish Cider.
