Chicken Fajita with Salsa and Homemade Guacamole


This is one of two chicken fajitas I had for lunch today with tons of salad, lakes of salsa and a mountain of guacamole. I like to roll them up and eat them in my hands, getting all sticky in the process. Awesome!
