Ritz crackers, some Mackerel on buttered brown bread, 3 biscuits, about 3-5 hours ago; feeling hungry now, must resist...
This is documenting EVERYTHING I eat, in a sad attempt to help me lose weight by following the Tapas Diet, so called because it depends on eating small portions served in those classic little Tapas dishes! With occasional recipes too.
