Homemade Chicken Tikka Vegetable Curry

Mmmmm, I was hoping not to eat again til tonight but this fabulous looking meal was just smelling so good I couldn't resist it. I did manage to confine myself to a small plate although I could have eaten twice as much. Such are the perils of living with a great cook!


Homemade Chicken Tikka and Vegetable Curry with Basmati Rice, Nan and Poppadom

Strictly speaking it's outside the definition of a Tapas Dish just for the sheer size of the meal but I like to think it's within the spirit.

Followed half an hour later by two biscuits with a mug of tea.
