Sunday Morning Weigh-in, 14th August 2005

The second of my new series of Sunday Morning weight revelations shows me to weigh in at 78.6 kgs, 600 grams lighter than last week. I'm not totally convinced that scale is accurate mind you, so I'll have to see how it goes.
