Tuna Salad Tiramisu Melon

*Sings* Suppertime and the living is easy!

Look at this fabulous Tuna Salad, delicious with a drizzle of Olive Oil and a chunk of coarse country bread.

I first ate Tiramisu on a visit to the lovely old city of Florence in Italy and have been addicted ever since. It's quite hard to make badly but also not often you find a great one. Obviously, homemade is best but this mass produced one from one of the local supermarkets is well worth eating.

And in this heat, when it's still 25ยบ Centigrade at 11 o'clock at night, this deliucious slice of fresh Melon is both thirstquenching and cooling. Totally fabulous!
