Monday 1st August, Lunchtime

Wow, just finished some excellent (frozen) tuna, simply fried in olive oil with some prawns and mashed up garlic. Served on a bed of mixed salad and accompanied by some oven chips, it makes a great light lunch and seems like a real blowout after several days without a main meal.

I drank a bottle of sparkling water and finished things off with a tasty yoghurt and peach dessert. Lovely!
