Weetabix Tuna Tortilla
Another busy if somewhat uneventful day (yeah, I know!) so here's a quick run down:-
Breakfast was a massive three Weetabix with fresh milk and a level spoon of sugar, no cinnamon this time. On a fairly spartan day, further consumption was limited to a small Tuna and Potato Salad sandwich on Brown multi-grain, 3 biscuits and about a third of a small (20 cm/8") Spanish Omelette. That is all.
