Roasted Saturday Night Dinner

We have friends visiting from our "home town" of Antequera and eat Roast Chicken, BBQ Chips, mountains of Salad drowning in Olive Oil and washed down by a really nice still Rosé from Navarra, Togal, followed by an excellent red Rioja, Cepa Divisa, which just rolls down the throat in a smooth and fruity way. Good times are being had!
